Returns & Exchange Policy.

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind or wrong size, instead a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount. We will also happily exchange for another size or item if we have the desired item in stock. In order to receive a store credit or exchange the following requirements must be met. 

  • Item's must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • All items must be in their original, unworn and unaltered condition with all tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase must be supplied along with an order number. 

  • We are unable to offer you a refund for any sale items so please choose your sale purchases carefully. 

Return Steps 

  1. Download the returns form, complete and email back to hello@primmydenis.com.au. If your item is  faulty/damaged please attach a photo to your return email.

  2. To return your items, please include a printed copy of your return form along with the item/s in their original condition. We suggest that you return using a traceable method and ensure you record the tracking number. 

  3. Once we receive your return we will assess its condition and when cleared, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit. If you are requesting an exchange, our team will be in contact with you to organise this. 

  4. You will be sent a confirmation email once your refund/exchange has been processed.  

Faulty / Damaged items

We carefully check over each of our pieces before they are sent out to you but, if for some reason the item you receive is faulty or damaged you will be offered a full refund. Please get in contact with us via hello@primmydenis.com.au and follow the instructions above to organise this.  

The fine print... 

  • In line with our responsibility under the Australian consumer law or similar legislation, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with any returns/exchanges unless the item/s you are returning is faulty. 

  • We recommend that you return using a traceable method and take note of the tracking number. We at PrimmyDenis will not take responsibility for any items lost during transit and will therefore not be able to process your return.

  • If you are an International customer, please be advised that it is not the responsibility of PrimmyDenis to pay any duties and/or taxes involved with you returning items. Any costs that PrimmyDenis has to pay will be subtracted from your refund amount. 

  • PrimmyDenis has the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges that do not meet the requirements that are mentioned at the top of this page. 

  • In the event an item you are wishing to exchange for is out of stock you will be offered a store credit for the amount of the original item purchased.
